The king room I stayed in was pretty comfortable with a cozy bed. It had a decent amount of space, enough for relaxing. The shower was strong, which I really appreciated. On the downside, there were a few cleanliness issues—like dusty corners and some stuff that felt a bit neglected. Overall, it wasn’t bad but definitely room for improvement.

The outdoor pool offers a great spot for cooling off after a day at the casino, the shuttle service runs on point, making it a breeze to head to the gaming floor. Solid location surrounded by the Arizona landscape adds a nice touch to the stay.
I encountered some cleanliness issues, with noticeable dirt and dusty surfaces throughout the room, and the absence of a fridge in the desert felt like a miss. The bed was less than comfortable and fell short on pillows, making a good night's sleep tricky. Accessing check-in at the casino rather than the hotel created some unnecessary hassle.

Had a lovely time! The beds were super comfy, and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It was a short drive to the casino with great dining options nearby. Plus, the cozy atmosphere is a treat!
However, the bathroom ceiling looked like it was auditioning for a horror film with that mold. I’m all for ambiance, but not that kind!

Access to attractions like Montezuma Castle was easy from the location, making our short stay enjoyable. However, the property itself showed signs of age, with a few issues in the room such as broken patio furniture and some unpleasant odors. On the positive side, the beautiful view added charm to our experience.

Get your taste buds ready! Johnny Rockets was a delightful detour just 0.5 km away. juicy burgers that hit the spot! Plus, Fables was a charming nook serving up scrumptious bites. The pool area was a nice oasis for the kids, making for some chill family moments!
But let’s keep it real—the Lodge is in dire need of TLC. It felt like stepping into a time warp with outdated decor and rooms lacking basic maintenance. No breakfast and an ulterior check-in at the casino made the whole experience feel deceivingly glamorous until reality hit. Definitely not the cozy lodge I hoped for!

We had a blast with evening entertainment and the kids' club kept the little ones occupied. The place is super affordable, and I really appreciated the prompt response from security when we faced a safety concern.

missingWrote a review on Sept 04super shuttlequiet areafriendly staffpoor conditionlong linedirty room
I checked into the Lodge At Cliff Castle Casino and right away noticed the poor condition of the room. The furniture looked old and beat up, with signs of wear everywhere. The check-in process was chaotic. it took forever with a long line. I had to go to the casino to check in, which made it inconvenient. Internet issues added to the hassle. I couldn't connect when I needed to. That said, the shuttle service to the casino was super convenient and made getting around a lot easier. I appreciated that. Although the surroundings were quiet, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and I found debris everywhere. Overall, it felt like the staff really lacked proper training in housekeeping. I could have used a refrigerator for my snacks and drinks, especially since I stayed for a couple of nights. Despite the nice shuttle and quiet atmosphere, I wouldn't stay here again unless some serious updates and cleanliness measures are implemented.
