The outdoor pool was nice, but the room had dead bugs in the bathroom.

The outdoor pool offers a great spot for cooling off after a day at the casino, the shuttle service runs on point, making it a breeze to head to the gaming floor. Solid location surrounded by the Arizona landscape adds a nice touch to the stay.
I encountered some cleanliness issues, with noticeable dirt and dusty surfaces throughout the room, and the absence of a fridge in the desert felt like a miss. The bed was less than comfortable and fell short on pillows, making a good night's sleep tricky. Accessing check-in at the casino rather than the hotel created some unnecessary hassle.

Had a lovely time! The beds were super comfy, and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It was a short drive to the casino with great dining options nearby. Plus, the cozy atmosphere is a treat!
However, the bathroom ceiling looked like it was auditioning for a horror film with that mold. I’m all for ambiance, but not that kind!

The culinary scene nearby is fire! Grab a shake at Johnny Rockets or enjoy a hearty meal at Fables—just a hop, skip, and jump away! Plus, the iced body wash was a nice touch to wash off the day’s adventures. The balcony at our room was a sweet spot to unwind after exploring.
We had a bumpy ride with a mix-up on our reservations—first floor, but we ended up hiking up to the second without an elevator! The room was begging for some TLC; broken fixtures and no cleaning for three days made it feel like a scene from a horror flick.

Access to attractions like Montezuma Castle was easy from the location, making our short stay enjoyable. However, the property itself showed signs of age, with a few issues in the room such as broken patio furniture and some unpleasant odors. On the positive side, the beautiful view added charm to our experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 22outdoor poolrustic ambiancepunctual shuttledusty surfaces
The outdoor pool provides a refreshing escape after a long day of wagering, and the heated shuttle service to the casino is spot on—no need to trudge through the chill. The rustic ambiance offers a cozy retreat vibe that makes you feel at home.
Check-in can be a hassle; you have to park at the casino and hunt down the right spot, which isn't ideal in cold weather. Upon entering, rooms can vary—the first one I encountered was in disarray with dusty surfaces and an odor that made it uncomfortable. Electrical outlets are sparse, making it tough to plug in devices, and cleanliness doesn’t seem to be prioritized much; I noticed a significant build-up of dust and some questionable marks on the carpet. A few upgrades and some elbow grease could really enhance the experience.
